Our stay at Gorsko was excellent. The hotel's location was perfect, being near the salt mines and city center. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant and the breakfast buffet. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We were even able to leave our car at the hotel parking after checkout. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Wieliczka.

The triple room at Hotel Gorsko was absolutely delightful! The shared balcony was a lovely touch, perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air. The private bathroom with a shower was so convenient, and the TV provided some entertainment during downtime. As an elderly guest, I appreciated the 24-hour front desk, always ensuring I felt safe and well taken care of.

Personally, I found the shared balcony with the next room to be a minor drawback. But hey, we all have different preferences, and some may still enjoy the camaraderie it brings.

The location of this hotel is mind-blowing! It's right next to the salt mines and city center. The clean rooms and comfortable beds made our stay super relaxing. The restaurant and breakfast buffet, prepared and served by an amazing staff, were jaw-dropping. Plus, leaving our car at the hotel during our visit of the salt mines was a game-changer.

our second stay in wieliczka and gorsko made it even better with its convenient location near the highway and salt mine. friendly staff and clean room plus delicious food made our short rest enjoyable.

noise from the hallway disturbed our sleep.

The hotel's location was convenient as it was close to the bus stop that led directly to a nearby city. Despite not being directly in the city center, it was within walking distance of popular attractions. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was satisfactory for a short stay. there were adequate facilities for a comfortable stay.

One aspect of the hotel left a lot to be desired, and it was the unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

We had a wonderful romantic escape in this hotel! the location was excellent, just a stone's throw away from the salt mine and close to the highway. the staff was warm and welcoming, speaking our language and assuring us we were in good hands.

There were only a few small things we didn't like. the room was a tad small for our needs, but still perfect for a short stay.

I stayed for a night during my road trip. The hotel is conveniently located near the highway and has easy access to transportation. I was able to take a bus directly to the nearby city. Also, this hotel is in walking distance from the main attractions, which is a great advantage. The hotel staff was very friendly and spoke my native language. They were always willing to help, and the cleanliness was impressive.

Spent Christmas at a hotel close to a famous mine. The location was great - just a short drive from the highway and a few minutes away from the salt mine. The staff were super friendly and we appreciated that they spoke our native language. Plus, the Christmas decorations around the hotel were a nice touch!

While the room was okay for a short stay, we did notice a bit of a smell in the bathroom. , our room felt a little cramped with four beds.
